Returns and Exchange Policy
Our care team is available to address any queries or concerns you may have. Drop us an email to email@example.com and we will respond to you within 24 working hours.
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do it for you.Your payment amount would be refunded to your account / card within 3-4 working days. If your request reaches us beyond 24 hours, a transaction fee of 10% of the order value would be deducted from the refund amount.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order cancellation request.
We are an artisanal brand and all our products are handmade by artisans at the very grassroots level. We make all the efforts to ensure quality standards are maintained.
On the rare occasion that you may wish to return or exchange a product, the following policies apply:-
- Kindly note, as a company policy, we do not make cash refunds. We are happy to offer you a refund in the form of a store credit or a coupon code which can be redeemed on our online store within a period of 90 days.
- Please note that any additional charges, such as COD charges or shipping fees are not reimbursed.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you have chosen COD as your mode of payment, we will need to verify / confirm your order. Our team will contact you within 24-48 working hours via Whatsapp/call/email for this and we will process the order only after confirmation is received. Why do we need to do this? This is because a majority of COD orders end up being non delivered or returned to us.
We try our best to give you all the information about our products, sizing, materials when you make your purchase. However, in the rare case that you may need to exchange a product, please note:
If you need to exchange the size, please raise a request by an email to firstname.lastname@example.org We'll arrange the pick-up and dispatch the desired size replacement upon receiving the products at our warehouse. If, for some reason we are unable to replace your product within 5 working days, we will issue a store credit / coupon code to you with a validity of 90 days.
For exchanges, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with the product tags intact. Please ensure to ship back the order along with any gift/freebie you might have received with the pair.
**Please note that while the first exchange is free of cost, however in the case of mulitple exchanges, the shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.
**Products bought as part of a set, combo or duo cannot be returned/ exchanged individually.
RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST -
If you need to raise a return or exchange request, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note:
- Product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damages.
- Product should be in the original packaging with tags intact.
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are only eligible for exchange and not returns.
We take utmost care in everything that we do! Quality is our top priority.
In the rare event that you receive a wrong product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or a damaged item, then, we will replace it free of charge. We will arrange the pick-up and dispatch the replacement upon receiving the products at our warehouse. If the correct replacement isn't dispatched within 5 working days, a store credit / coupon code with a 3-month validity will be issued to you.
